How to report a claim with Assur'Glisse?
To benefit from the coverage provided by your Assur’Glisse contract, you must report your claim within 15 days following the incident. The report should include all necessary supporting documents.
This process is managed by WTW Montagne, which will be your main point of contact throughout the handling of your case.
Medical repatriation assistance
The assistance team from Mutuaide handles the repatriation of injured individuals, as well as family members if they are covered by Assur’Glisse.

Carte Neige ski insurance
For season or annual passes, choose the Carte Neige from the French Ski Federation. This specialized insurance provides optimal coverage for snow and mountain sports starting from October 15 and lasting for an entire year.

Rescue evacuation rates for Winter 2024/2025 without ski insurance
All rescue rates include the care and evacuation of injured individuals from the open ski slopes of the area to the nearest medical center.
Since there is no medical office in Oz en Oisans, Vaujany, or Villard Reculas, evacuation costs also include ambulance transport from the base of the slopes to the medical office in Allemond.
