APACH, Association propriétaire
APACH was created more than 50 years ago, in order to take into account the interests of the owners of apartments and chalets within the resort. Our mission is to make the link between the various players (town hall, SATA, tourist office, ESF, shopkeepers, etc.) and the owners.
We organize neighborhood meetings with the town hall to improve the quality of life. We participate in urban planning commissions to bring the voice of the owners on development projects by always acting for the harmonious development of the resort.
We have established a partnership with SATA with regular meetings and exchanges.
We have special pricing agreements with the ESF.
APACH also offers commercial advantages in many areas: activities, ski equipment rental, purchase of Audi vehicles, craftsmen (renovation of apartments), catering, SPA, Opticians, etc. …
As part of the activities in the resort, the APACH organises every summer, in addition to its general assembly in December, a day of meeting with members to create links and exchanges between owners on a golf course and petanque competition.
