Le Pic Blanc

The Pic Blanc is an iconic summit that offers visitors a unique and spectacular experience. Rising to an altitude of 3,330 metres, the summit offers breathtaking views of the French Alps.

To reach the summit of the Pic Blanc, take the Alpe d’Huez cable car, which takes you on a breathtaking journey through the Alpine landscape. Once at the top, you’ll be rewarded with a 360-degree panoramic view of snow-capped peaks, verdant valleys and majestic glaciers. You’ll be able to admire famous peaks such as Mont Blanc, Les Écrins and La Meije. Whether you’re a mountain enthusiast, nature lover or simply looking for an unforgettable experience, a visit to the Pic Blanc in Alpe d’Huez is a must.

Tubing Xpérience

Sensations for all, in safety and all year round!

Comfortably installed on a large inflatable buoy, make way for new sliding sensations thanks to the Tubing activity, the new activity of the summer to discover with family or friends.

A little extra, the start can accommodate up to 6 buoys at the same time. Who will be the first to reach the bottom of the track and win the race?

So don’t hesitate any longer and jump on an inflatable alone or with others and let yourself slide at full speed!

Sunset apertif at the top of the Signal

Lounge evening and tapas at the top!

Take the ski lifts to the summit of Le Signal for an exceptional evening. Enjoy a warm and relaxed atmosphere in the mountain restaurant, while admiring a breathtaking panorama of the whole resort in the light of sunset.

SIGNAL 2108 takes place every Friday evening during the summer season, from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.

Yoga at Pic Blanc

Wellness experience at the top!

Fly to the Pic Blanc at 3300m for a rejuvenating yoga session in a breathtaking setting!

Climb to the top of Alpe d’Huez for a yoga session with 2 experienced yoga teachers. Get to know yourself better physically and mentally while taking in the breathtaking panoramic view of the Pic Blac.

Sessions will take place every Tuesday and Friday morning with a 9am start from the DMC. Classes will last 45 minutes and then you can enjoy a hot drink and a contemplative break before heading back down to the resort!

La Meije

Enjoy a magnificent panorama at 3200m of altitude! 3 orientation tables will allow you to identify the most beautiful summits of the Alps.

Sledge on rails 4 seasons

In summer and winter the rail sledge offers you a ride like you’ve never experienced before !

Guided tour of the Pic Blanc

From the summit of the Pic Blanc, at an altitude of 3330 m, an exceptional panorama dominating 1/5 of the French territory awaits you. Join Frédérik for a 2-hour guided tour of the Grandes Rousses heights.

Visits will take place at 10:30 am every Monday and Wednesday! So come and take the time to admire the breathtaking panoramas!

A refuge perched at 2300m

Welcome to the REFUGE DE LA FARE ! Access from the DOME DES ROUSSES by the Lac de la Fare path or directly from the Alpette sector. Florence, the hut keeper, welcomes hikers and mountaineers all year round for a little break with fresh drinks and homemade blueberry pie!

Why not stay for a traditional mountain or oriental dinner under the stars and fall asleep in the warmth of the refuge at an altitude of over 2300m with family or friends! Concerts and entertainment according to the programme

Enjoy a mountain of activities in Alpe d’Huez!

Whether you are on foot or on your bike, we have an option to suit! The Liberté Pass includes unlimited access to a wide range of activities in the resort as well as in the mountain area. Access to the Palais des Sports and all its indoor and outdoor activities (fitness, climbing, basketball, etc.). Full use of the lifts as a pedestrian or with your mountain bike. Not forgetting discounts on the supervised and cultural activities proposed in Alpe d’Huez, such as Yoga at Pic Blanc.

Take a walk around the lakes at an altitude of 2,100m and go up to Pic Blanc to admire the amazing panoramic view! From 1,450m to 3,330m: walk, breathe, admire!
