Following the French government new directives, the Alpe d’Huez resort and ski lifts are closed since march 15.

 

 

SATA will refund part-used or unused ski passes after the 15th of march. 

How to proceed:

 

Daily and weekly skipasses:

Part-used or unused passes purchased directly at the sales desks, as well as passes purchased on-line and only part-used. Please make a refund request. Go to our claims area, “contact us” tab. Choose “on-line form”, then “COVID-19”.

Unused passes purchased on-line. Your pass will be refunded directly to your payment card; you do not have to take any action.

 

– Season and annual skipasses:

Passes bought online. You will benefit from a partial refund of your package. You do not need to make a refund request, your bank card will be automatically credited with the sum corresponding to your package. These refunds will be processed by 15 May 2020 at the latest. 

Passes bought at the cash desk or via an order form. Your passes must be subject of an online refund request. Go to our claims area, tab “contact us”, choose ” online form ” and then the button COVID-19. You have until October 1, 2020 to send your refund request. Your refund will be processed no later than 2 months after receipt. 

Season and year packages that have benefited from special price conditions (excluding seasonal employee packages) are not subject to a reimbursement.

 

– Undated 10 days card: 

You have purchased an undated 10 days card. We extend the validity of your remaining days to the winter season 2020-2021. To take advantage of the extended validity of your remaining days, please come to our sales desk this summer before August 30th 2020. For those unable to come to the sales desk, you can send your 10 days card to SATA (service forfait, 131 rue du pic blanc, Alpe d’Huez) before August 30th 2020. We strongly advise you to send it by tracked mail to avoid the loss of your 10 days card.
