1. Choose your date and time: use the interactive calendar to select your preferred date and an available time slot. Slots open 24 hours in advance and can be booked up to 20 minutes before departure.

Select the number of passengers: enter the number of people who will use the booked time slot.

Review your booking: check all the details — date, time and number of passengers — then click “Confirm”.

Enter each passenger’s details: provide the first name, surname and valid ski pass number for every passenger.

Confirm your booking: complete your time-slot reservation free of charge to access Pic Blanc.

Receive your confirmation: once your booking is complete, you will receive an email containing your booking reference.

Arrive for boarding: at your booked time, go to the departure point of the Pic Blanc 2 cable car at 2,700 m and present your ski pass to the attendant for priority access.

Direct to the peak 

Yes. You must have a valid ski pass for the day of your booking.

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or technical issues, Alpe d’Huez ski area reserves the right to cancel your booking or close certain time slots in order to ensure your safety.

As this service is provided free of charge, no compensation will be offered in the event of cancellation.

Yes. Each user can make up to 2 bookings per day.

Once this limit has been reached, access will be via the standard queue, without priority access.

If you arrive after your booked departure time, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

We recommend arriving a few minutes before your scheduled time to ensure you can board.
