To qualify for the Family Ski Pass, your booking must meet the following conditions:

  • A minimum of 4 people
  • A maximum of 2 adults, aged 23 to 71 (parents or grandparents)
  • A minimum of 2 children or young people, aged 5 to 22
  • Ski passes for a minimum of 6 consecutive days

Are you skiing with a child under 5?

Children under 5 are not included when calculating eligibility for the Family offer. To qualify for the promotion, your booking must therefore include at least 2 children or young people aged 5 to 22.

You can still add a ski pass for your child under 5 to your basket when placing your order.

Child Ski Pass (Under 5)

The ski pass is free for children under 5 years old on 5 December 2026, the official start date of the season. A personal ski pass card is still required to access the lifts. To order this ski pass online, you will need to provide:

  • proof of age
  • a recent photo of the child for the ski pass card

Cancellation & Refunds

  • You can cancel your ski pass free of charge up to 7 days before your first day of skiing. You will then receive a full refund.
  • From 6 days before your first day of skiing and during your stay, the ski pass is no longer refundable. In the event of an unexpected issue, ski insurance may provide coverage depending on the policy selected. We recommend checking your insurance coverage before your stay.

A rechargeable ski pass card is required to use your ski pass and access the ski lifts. When placing your order:

  • If you do not yet have a pass card: add one to your basket for €2.
  • If you already have a pass card with a number starting with 01-1614: enter the card number in your basket to load your new ski pass onto it.

Good to know: compatibility is only guaranteed with SATA Group rechargeable ski pass cards. Your card is reusable and can be recharged online for future ski passes, in both winter and summer.

With Assur’Glisse, you can add insurance directly to your day or multi-day ski pass:

  • €3.50 per day, per person
  • available for day and multi-day ski passes

Forfait ski famille : vivez l’Alpe d’Huez à votre rythme
