Cancellation & Refunds

  • You can cancel your ski pass free of charge up to 7 days before your first day of skiing. You will then receive a full refund.

A rechargeable ski pass card is required to use your ski pass and access the ski lifts. When placing your order:

  • If you do not yet have a pass card: add one to your basket for €2.
  • If you already have a pass card with a number starting with 01-1614: enter the card number in your basket to load your new ski pass onto it.

Good to know: compatibility is only guaranteed with SATA Group rechargeable ski pass cards. Your card is reusable and can be recharged online for future ski passes, in both winter and summer.
